Stand Alone Together

While our world has become experts at hiding the pain and insecurity of life, our families, churches, lives, and communities tell a different story. In a society where it has never been easier to connect, we remain more disconnected than ever before.

Stand Alone Together, based on the book, Alone Sucks, by our lead pastor Timothy Eldred, tackles the primary issue that has plagued people for centuries—aloneness. By acknowledging God's first revelation in Genesis 2:18 as both the cause and cure for our human crises, we can begin to create relationships and atmospheres where people can be themselves and find acceptance.

The Search for happiness

Happiness means something different to different people. Many, in our modern society, attempt to “find” happiness through material possessions, a new job, or even a significant other. In the end, though, these things often leave us just as empty as we were before. In 'The Search for Happiness', we flip this approach on its head, detailing the importance of putting our focus on the person of Jesus, as well as our walk with Him. This alone will bring us lasting joy and contentment.

During this five-week series, we will be dissecting the foundational beliefs found in the Apostles' Creed, which was set up by the early church as a way of summarizing the many doctrinal truths found in Scripture.

One of the biggest pain points for people today is family. “How do I save my marriage? How do I become a good parent?” These are questions the Bible can answer. Using the instructions found in Ephesians 5 and 6, this series discusses love in the contexts of marriage, family, and parenting. In this series, real life issues like self-sacrifice, the transformation power of the Gospel, witnessing to the world as a family, and honoring God by honoring each other are explored each week.

When necessary

There is a popular saying: “Share the gospel at all times, and when necessary, use words.” This four-week series teaches us how to share the Gospel in practical ways by studying the methods of our greatest evangelism model, Jesus Christ. The world needs to know Jesus, and it is absolutely necessary for us to be able to share His story.

The Called

This 5-week series looks at the life of Elijah as a model for Christian living. Elijah had a special call on his life as a prophet, and his life is filled with incredible stories of faith and passion. If we practice humble obedience the way Elijah did, we can be like him: we can fulfill our unique purpose for God’s glory and find significance for our lives.
